Who?

Picture
There is no-barrier to entry as this is an inclusive program and environment where everyone belongs, is welcome and valued, regardles of level of musical/technological experience and/or of socio-economic status.

It is important that all students who express interest in the One World program be admitted – as far as practical considerations will allow. The program is designed to provide a meaningful education experience to students with a broad range of ability and previous experience. It is assumed that all children have an innate creative ability. Where possible, the instructional environment should be designed to offer levels of experience commensurate with the students’ abilities. The greater the variety of workspaces available - at varying degrees of sophistication - the greater the number of students that can be accommodated. A combination of core expectations combined with student led independent study will allow the instructor and the student to design a program that meets the needs of the student (differentiated instruction).
